The Brief
The building's defining feature is a continuous elliptical torus wrapped in an intricate calligraphic facade pattern. Because the design is so widely recognised, any inaccuracy in the curvature or the window pattern is immediately obvious in a way it wouldn't be on a less iconic building.
Our Approach

Torus and dome forms like this are built up from precisely profiled ribs and formed panels in our workshop, rather than approximated with flat segments, so the curvature holds true at scale.

Intricate facade patterns are laser-cut directly from vector artwork matched to the real building, rather than a simplified stand-in pattern.

Internal lighting is commonly integrated into landmark models like this so the finished piece can reproduce a building's signature illuminated look after dark.
